In the sixth grade I actually wrote a story on how I had come to have a broken leg and because of the story my english teacher gave me the english aword for my class. I have an idea, but I have not done as well sense that paper I do not think so at least. I think I will need to work on showing more emotion in my papers. I am fairly good at giving examples if they are something that I do not have to research very hard. Yes, I beleave that I am logical when I write. I hope I would never write anything that I could not support with some kind of evidence. I guess that would depend on the reader whether or not I sounded like a good moral person, but in self opinion yes I think I am a moral person when I write. Well the author logic is alright. He get his piont across, but only by being repetitive. My logic is about the same and I also beleave that I am fairly repetitive when writting. He showed little emotion in his writting which is my weakest piont as well. His writting was boring and mine is as well for the most part. He also did not show much charater other than his grammar problems which were numerous. I to have many grammar problems when I am writting though they are not usually as numerous.

Btute: When a person or animal acts on an a forceful impulse without reason or remorse.

Yesterday I defended the patient, but today I am going to defend the doctor. In the story it says that the patient was brought into the hospital by four cops all of whom were drapping off of the man whom was trying to through the officers from thier clapping grips around his arms. Once the patient was on the table they racked him because he was taucing the people in the room all over the place. Then when they finally had the man racked he would not stop throwing his head around even though the doctor had asked him to a couple of times to "stay still" and had started to moc the doctor by telling him to do the same. So the the doctor removed the goop from the patients eyes and told him agian to "stay still" and the continued to move around so the doctor mad a fairly rash decission and sewed his ears to the table. during the story the patient was highly intoxicated, but toword the end of the story the patient comes to realize that he might have not acted the way he should toword the doctor. Sense the story only is told from the veiw piont of the doctor it is hard to know if the patient felt sorry for what he did or not, but it seemed like the doctor did which by my definition does not make the doctor a brute.

Definition Paper
Savage is and was a commonly miss used word throughout human history. Its multiple means that were often misconstrued and influenced most of the world’s unknown, untouched, and unidentified people and animals in the new places of the world. Savage a word that made others feel like lesser humans and have conflicts that ended in the loss of life.
The word savage in today’s world dose not mean quite the same thing as it used to, today it is applied to one person in stead of a race, tribe, civilization, empires, or even a large group of anonymous people; instead it goes from person to person based on the personal opinions of the people around them. Today I would say that people whom act savagely often are acting upon impulses on ones own emotional state. Being savage in today’s world happens when one person does something brutal, cruel, acts in a wild manner, or does something rude in nature over and over again to one person or possibly a group of people. For me at least I do not consider peoples to be savage because they look different, wear different cloths, believe in some other religion, or have different customs than I do; I only believe someone or a very small group of people to be savage if they hurt me or someone close to me repeatedly in a short period of time.
If we go back to the time of ancient Greece they had a fear of one of the empires to the east. Persia for many centuries they tried to invade and capture Greece as to expand the empire to the west. The Greeks saw the Persians as a savage people or barbarians because of there repeated attempts at claming Greece, there difference in cloths and appearance, and their strange customs. They did fit the description in a couple of ways they were a brutal and cruel when it came to combat. They had many knew weapons devised to cripple the enemy quickly. They had chariots with sharpened blades and spikes attached to the chariots wheels, pikes or long spears, elevated platforms from which bowmen could shoot down upon the enemy or which foot soldiers could use to get over the high walls of a fortress during a siege. The kings or emperors often ruled with a strong will they were punished harshly according to the ruler’s laws at the time. The Greeks who thought the Persians to be savage I would say were no more savage than themselves. The Greeks dreamed of going east into Persia just as the Persians wanted to go west. Their no mercy fighting styles were about the same. They both had cavalry, and pikes, bows and arrows, swords and shields as weapons in which to kill and defeat one another. The Greek city-states were ruled by kings inwhich they also enforced the laws with heavy consequences.
When Western Europeans started to colonize the new worlds or the America’s as they are known today. Central, South, and North America’s the settlers found new lands, new animals, and new peoples each different from the next. They thought these people to be savage because of their behaviors around the white settlers, their difference in culture, the way they dressed, the tools and insterments they used. So the whites which either came for a chance at a new life or to conquest or plunder the lands for riches. This set off conflicts between the natives and the new visitors which often ended in bloodshed. Which was actually more brutal the native or the European? Sure to the Europeans the natives would have seemed strange, but do you think the natives thought they were strange as well. In the same manner that would have made a European thick the natives were savage the natives I believe would have thought the same of the Europeans. This mutual fear of each other is what would start the whole natives verses the Europeans in their hatred for each other. They often ran around killing each other until in the 1900’s the last of the resisting native tribes were forced onto reservations by the ancestors of the colonizers from Europe. This seemed more savage than anything they ever did to us. We took their lands, their way of life, and their pride. While the natives fought to preserve all of these things the things that mattered to them. All we wanted was more lands a gain of money because we are greedy unlike the natives who only took what they needed to survive. When they killed something they use everything skins, bones, and meats while the whites often killed for sport leaving what they did not want.
Today there are still some savage people and there will always be savage people on earth until its end. Some would say that all Islamic are savage, but this is not true only some of them are savage. Like the Alkita a Muslim radical group or terrorists. Most of these men are and would be considered savage by any definition or time period. Not all men are savage some just choose to be. In today’s society one should not judge a person on how he looks, but on how they act toward others on a consistent basis.

I used induction and deduction and some others that I can not think of for now. I chose these stratagies because they seemed to make the paper flow and they were easy to use as long as I used them at random. I thought at first when I had started my paper by trying to organize it by using these stratagies that it was much harder to write than if I placed them in random spots throughout the paper. I think it gave me problems because of my horrable sence of flow and writing ability. I did not even think about logos, ethos, or pathos in my paper; soit is probably horrible.
